Sunshine Tidings co-op is a location and settlement in the Commonwealth in 2287. This farm, located southwest of Concord, was once a commune with several cabins and silos. A Mister Handy named Professor Goodfeels was "liberated" from Hester's Consumer Robotics and then reprogrammed here by beatniks Jack and Johnny. It is currently occupied by feral ghouls. It appears to be a bug. I finally got past it using the console command setstage. This is only for the "Clear the Way for Tenpines Bluff" quest to clear the Sunshine Tidings Co-op.
